What we collect

We collect only the information you provide to us directly or that is necessary to operate our services:

• Contact information you submit through the contact form or by email — typically name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Account information for clients who use our authenticated portals — username, email, and role assignments.
• SMS opt-in records when you agree to receive text messages from us — the phone number you provided, the date and method of opt-in, and message history related to your engagement with Peninsula Logic.
• Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps — retained briefly for security and operational troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you have engaged us for.
• To send you the specific communications you have opted in to receive — project updates, invoices, appointment reminders, and, where you have agreed, occasional service notifications by SMS.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
• To meet applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS and messaging consent

Text messages from Peninsula Logic are sent only after you have given us clear consent — typically by giving us your number verbally, by returning a signed proposal that identifies the number, or by texting us first. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Message frequency varies with the nature of the engagement and is generally low volume (a handful of messages per day at most).

You can stop receiving SMS from Peninsula Logic at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at contact@peninsulalogic.com. We do not share mobile opt-in information with any third party for their marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate this site and our client-facing systems — for example, hosting, email delivery, and messaging platforms. Those vendors act on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for anything beyond providing the service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and engagement data only as long as it is useful for the relationship you have with us and as long as legal and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your information and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will do so.

• Ask us to delete information that we no longer need for a legal or contractual reason.
