1. Who these terms are with

These terms of service (the “Terms”) are between you and Peninsula Logic LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Peninsula Logic,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of peninsulalogic.com, the client portals we operate, and any communications we send you including SMS and email.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and any services we provide lawfully and in good faith. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without written permission, submit false information through the contact form, or use any content on the site to train commercial machine-learning systems without written permission.

3. Engagements and paid work

Peninsula Logic delivers software development, IT services, hosting, and advisory work. The specific scope, price, and delivery terms for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement between us. These Terms do not create such an engagement by themselves.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you have opted in to receive text messages from Peninsula Logic — verbally, in writing, or by texting us — you agree that:

• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Message frequency varies with the engagement and is generally low volume.
• You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to a Peninsula Logic message.
• You may reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@peninsulalogic.com.
• Peninsula Logic does not share your opt-in or phone number with third parties for their marketing.

5. Content ownership

All copy, images, and other content on this site are © Peninsula Logic LLC unless otherwise noted. You may reference or quote small portions with attribution; you may not republish the site in bulk, mirror it, or represent it as your own.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using this site or the services we provide, you acknowledge that policy.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific information on it is current. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific situation — contact us for a fitted engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peninsula Logic’s total liability arising out of your use of this site (as distinct from a signed engagement) is limited to US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Emmet County, Michigan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
